How OrifoneAI collects, stores, and retains your data over time.

Call recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days. Transcripts are retained for 365 days. Organizations may configure shorter retention periods. Data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default.
Call transcripts are retained for 365 days by default.
Automatic deletion is enabled for expired data.
