The Full Flow
Two simple capabilities that cover the entire appointment lifecycle — check first, then book.
AI agents read your live calendar and surface open time slots in real time — no manual back-and-forth, no double bookings.
The moment a caller picks a time, the appointment is booked in your calendar and confirmed in the conversation.
How It Works
No engineers required. Go from empty calendar to flooded with confirmed bookings, fast.
Spin up an AI voice agent with appointment scheduling built in. Pick a persona, a voice, and your business hours.
Link Cal.com, Google Calendar, or Outlook. Your availability stays in sync automatically — no manual upkeep.
Choose when the agent checks availability, presents slots, and books. Make it sound like your front desk, not a robot.
Watch booking rates, no-show trends, and caller satisfaction in the dashboard. Tweak prompts to keep improving.
Why Orifone
AI sends SMS or email reminders ahead of each appointment, slashing no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Connect multiple calendars and resources — team members, rooms, and equipment all stay in perfect sync.
Callers can move or cancel appointments in a single conversation. The calendar updates everywhere at once.
Capture appointments while you and your team are away. Every missed call becomes a confirmed booking.
When slots fill up, the AI books callers into a waitlist and follows up automatically when space opens.
Route bookings to the right provider or specialist based on availability, skills, and caller preference.
“Our no-show rate dropped to nearly zero after the Orifone agent started booking appointments and sending reminders.”
